Wow. Ed Geiger was great. I'm a bit embarassed to write this as I thought there were more problems then batteries in my thermostat. But Ed did a thorough inspection and came up with a list of things I might need in the future with my furnace, talked me through it very professionally and in laymans terms. He was there shortly after my call, and I am happy to say, I am back in business (heat!). I will always call Greenwood Heating, as they have been great every time I have called. Have only owned my small home for 4 years. Thanks Ed!

I would highly recommend Greenwood Heating and Air Conditioning!  We recently bought a house with an old boiler system.  With our first winter on the horizon, they came out and serviced the system, repaired some leaks and replaced some rusted out parts.  Most importantly, our serviceman spent a good chunk of time educating us about how the whole system works.  He respectfully entertained all of our questions and patiently walked us through how to run the heat through the house, what to look for when something might be going wrong, and how to do minor servicing on our own (e.g., bleeding the radiators).  Greenwood's prices were very reasonable and the customer service was top notch!

Excellent Service I called Greenwood Heating when our furnace stopped working and needed to be repaired. The technician was very kind and professional.
